This is an offroad property in a dence forest in Kipling trail. it is 3.2 km track from Shahenshahi Ashram, Rajpur, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. In Monsoon (July-Sept) due to bad road condition we cannot offer drop and pick up facility. However, it's a heavenly abode for the people who are willing to track and enjoy more than 100 small waterfalls on the way.

- The check-in time is 01:00 PM. Simply so that our housekeeping staff has enough time after the previous check-out to welcome you into a spic and span place.
- The check-out time is 12:00 AM. For the same reason as above. It gives us enough time to prepare for our next guests.
- Staff services are available until 9:30 PM because we believe they should get their well-deserved work-life balance.
